Greater Sydney Nedley DARP Training Program - 20th September 2026

The Nedley Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program (NDARP) is a highly regarded mental health program designed to assist individuals in overcoming depression and anxiety through evidence-based, lifestyle-focused strategies.

The NDARP Train-the-Trainer Program equips individuals who wish to serve as Facilitators or Associate Directors to deliver NDARP effectively in their communities.

The resources you will receive as part of this training are:  access to the online program portal (USB also included), This is for Associate Directors only) latest version workbook, Depression the Way out Text book and Journal. 

This training is a face-to-face event, occurring on Sunday 20th September, 9 am to 4 pm.

Costings:
Associate Director: full access to presentations (access to online portal and USB), Nedley DARP Workbook, Nedley DARP journal, Depression the Way Out text book and training. Cost: $420

• Associate Director who already owns the Depression the Way Out textbook: full access to presentations (access to online portal and USB), Nedley DARP Workbook, Nedley DARP journal, training (without Depression the Way Out text book). Cost: $335
• Facilitator - no access to online portal and presentations, but cost includes Nedley DARP Workbook, Nedley DARP journal, Depression the Way Out text book and training. Cost: $230
• USB Key and training only - you currently have the other resources, that is the new Nedley DARP Workbook (released in 2025). Cost: $220
